If you are traveling to the area, there are several hotels in the Exton area that are convenient to the event and major roads, with rates running around $100- $130. We will be arranging a shuttle between the Exton Hotels and the event, so please let us know when/ if you are booking a stay. If hotels aren't your thing- Airbnb has a few options.

THE CEREMONY
Ceremony Location: 2153 Kimberton Road Phoenixville PA 19460
PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 2:15
The ceremony is outside- please wear comfortable shoes.
Signs will be located at the parking areas shown on the back of the invitations. The driveway to our home will be open for drop offs. For guests arriving early, light refreshments will be available. Bathrooms are available at the reception site across the street, or in our house. We anticipate the ceremony lasting about 30 minutes, with guests walking across the street for the reception while immediate family members remain for photos.
The Party
DJ Mo will get the party started at 3:00 pm for anyone not attending the ceremony.
Kimberton Park has multiple areas- the reception will be held at the lower end by the Amphitheater, right behind Kimberton Whole Foods (walk through parking lot to entrance in back)
The afternoon/evening will be very casual with many activities to enjoy! We anticipate lots of moving around and mingling, so we are not having a formal seating plan- there is a tented area with tables and folding chairs, as well as more casual seating arrangements.
FOOD: We are planning a variety of options through out the day- casual snacks with a full BBQ buffet around 5pm

TIME: 2:30 ceremony- Madeleine will begin her music at 2. The ceremony will be brief, DJ Mo will kick off things at the park at 3, and The Honey Badgers will play from 7p - 9p
PARKING: There are several lots for the park- which are a short walk from our house and the amphitheater. For guests needing closer parking, there are spots behind the Whole Foods.
DRESS: The Ceremony will be more traditional- The Reception will be casual- anything goes. We will not be offended if you wear jeans to the ceremony...just bring bloomers if you are wearing dresses in the bounce house! Or you can bring a change of clothes- there are large bathrooms in the Amphitheater, we will have a portable comfort station, or you can change at our house. Whatever makes you comfortable, but layers might be a good idea- October can get chilly!
FOOD: Casual Food and beverages open through the event.
